Temperature data are shown (right) for 25 Mar and 13 Apr.
The ambient temperatures have significantly increased over this time period, as have the daytime temps at 4cm in the snow under the group sampling probe.

Here's a cool photo from Andreas showing the hoar frost that built up on the surfaces of the group probe during the foggy night last night.

Look what came in on the twin otter - bales of quiviat (musk ox) fiber!  Sarah and Kelly are in fuzz heaven!

It's a windy Sunday, but bright enough that the team want to go ahead with shading experiments.  However, that have to bring out the heavy hardware to stop the shade from being blown away.

It's an exciting day - the Herc bringing some new crew, the teacher Nikki and FRESH VEGGIES is on its way from the coast!!






The sad part is that some people are leaving soon, including the camp mascot Zoe (AKA Winky) and Dave (AKA the Napmeister).  Also camp manager Marc.
